  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

 4.2 Return Conditions

  1. The product must be in  its original condition, without use, with all accessories (such as boxes, cards, brochures).
  2. Returns do not include customized products (such as special sizes or customized engravings).
  3. Electronic or perishable products (such as food and health products) are only returned if there is a documented manufacturing defect.

  • In the event that the return is due to the fault of our website (such as the product is defective or different from the specifications), we bear the costs of round-trip shipping.
  • If the return is based on the customer’s desire (dissatisfaction with the product), the customer bears the shipping costs to our center.

 5. Refund and Indemnity

    • The value of the product (excluding shipping costs paid by the customer if the reason is personal) will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date we receive and inspect the product.
    • The amount will be returned in the same original payment method.
  2. Replacement:
    • If you wish to exchange for the same or another product of equal price, the replacement product will be sent as soon as the returned product is received.

    • Discount vouchers are not valid on returned products.
